It is something I have always wanted to do. It seemed simple enough - surely I should try - and I did! I made homemade tortillas. I had been saving a recipe I got on a bag of flour a few months ago. I decided to begin to try new things. What's the worst that could happen? My family wouldn't have dinner - okay that would have been bad. The good news is it was VERY easy and kind of fun. Now if I had made them ahead of time, the "preparers" dinner wouldn't have been delayed (mine and Robert's). But overall I think I will try it again.
Of course I also wanted to know how to make it better. I found this YouTube video that shows how to make them AND how to make them in circles as opposed to my little ovals. So try it! What are you waiting for! Tortilla making video
